Shipping, Customer inquiries, and Returns

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number information to become available.

 

My tracking says "No information available at the moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you have not yet received a notification on your tracking number, please contact us. 

  

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packaging.

 

What if I haven't received my order?

If you haven't received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@whognomes.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea, or land) and product weight/ volume. Different shipping companies have different rates so its best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly. 

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Many items ship to P.O. Boxes. If for some reason your item does not allow, some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 

 

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guidelines that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. You are protected under the following:

The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised &

The item you received was not as described

 

What are our policies on Refunds, returns, and exchanges?

We accept returns up to 30 Days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Do you ship international & Domestic?

We are proud to announce that we will be shipping internationally soon but at this time we are only shipping to Canada and United States.

What if my items arrives damaged?

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@whognomes.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case by case basis & will try to resolve in a satisfactory soliton.
