This information is for orders within the continental United States only. For international shipping and processing please refer to the International FAQs. We are proud to offer we will be providing international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Who Gnomes orders are processed within two to three business days (excluding weekends, and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped
All orders for in-stock merchandise are generally delivered within 4-8 business days. Shipping charge estimates are available on our Shopping cart page after you select your desired items for purchase. You can also consult our Shipping and Processing charges for more details.
Standard Shipping
Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. All in-stock items will generally arrive in 8-16 business days. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer may take longer. Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow 3 additional days if your order includes personalized items. Shipping and delivery charges are subject to change. Shipping and delivery charges are calculated on the lowest advertised price of each item prior to any promotional discounts.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes Free Shipping tracking is not available.
Oversize Handing Fee
Some bulky or heavy items have an additional oversize handling fee. Oversize handling fees are shown when you select your item purchase. This handling fee is in addition to the Standard Shipping or Truck Delivery charge.
Truck Delivery
Larger items are shipped via truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions at info@whognomes.com

Standard Shipping and Processing charges
FLAT-RATE Shipping: Some smaller, lighter items with higher prices are charged a lower flat-rate fee separately from other items in your order. These items are indicated at checkout.
HAWAII, ALASKA, AND US TERRITORIES: Many items can be shipped or delivered to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories. Additional charges may apply and a longer transit time may be required. These charges will be shown in your shopping bag or call us for details.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Delivery times and rates may vary depending on location. Visit us online for details or email info@whognomes.com for a quote. Shipping quotes do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes.
APO/FPO: Some items are eligible. Standard Shipping to an APO/FPO box is provided by the US Postal Service. Orders are limited to under $400 and less than 70lbs.
SALES TAX: Who Gnomes collects sales tax where required under federal and state law. The sales tax amount displayed online is an estimate. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is completed and displayed on your order summary. Shipping and handling charges may be subject to sales tax.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES: WHO GNOMES is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS: We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
